Allbirds strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock information. However, inaccuracies may occur. Any order you place constitutes an offer to purchase and requires explicit acceptance by Allbirds.

Order acceptance depends on stock availability and confirmation of pricing. Allbirds reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Order Processing and Delivery

Processing time for orders is typically between 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery takes between 7-12 business days.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unaltered.
Remain in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the items received are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, processing generally begins, which may prevent cancellation.
